We recently made the decision as a family to start eating more gluten-free foods for a variety of reasons.
Money-wise, it’s hard right now to switch to a completely gluten-free diet, but we’re doing the best we can and trying to introduce a few new gluten-free items each pay period.
Fortunately for me, I work for a company that produces several gluten-free items, so I’m able to get some items for free. However, I’m still looking for some recommendations on other tasty options available that aren’t too pricey, so if you know of any please leave a comment below. I’d appreciate it. And I look forward to reading your suggestions.
We have a child who is gluten free it is very expensive but here’s what we like…Cascadian Farms chocolate or vanilla chip granola bars, Van’s waffles, Udi’s Breads and Bagels, any rice cakes Debols pasta and so much more but there’s a begining lots of cereals are gluten free and of course fruits and vegis too!
