This past winter felt like it dragged on FOREVER. I couldn’t wait for Spring to arrive, so we (our family) could get outdoors and enjoy the sunshine and fresh air. But with the warm weather and sunshine comes a major problem that at least four out of the six of us are dealing with.
SEASONAL CONGESTION!
For some of us, the congestion is more severe. I, for one, wake up with it, and I deal with it ALL day.
Some of the ways that I’ve dealt with congestion over the years include using a humidifier, drinking hot liquids and eating soups, applying a cold, wet cloth over my eyes and nose. (It helps ease the pressure.) I also keep my head elevated by using two pillows.
One of the things that I try to avoid as much as possible is medication. I’m not big on it and I do prefer to support my respiratory health by using natural products.
Recently I tried Zarbee’s Seasonal Relief to help with the congestion I’ve experienced, and I did notice a difference, not only in my nose but in other areas where I feel pressure.
What I love about Zarbee’s Seasonal Relief is that it’s made from a natural ingredient: Ze339, an extract from the Butterbur plant, which can be found worldwide. (The Butterbur found in Zarbee’s Seasonal Relief is farmed in Germany, though.)
While over-the-counter medicines may give you unwanted side effects, like drowsiness, grogginess and cotton-mouth, Zarbee’s doesn’t. And I love that!
I’m extremely sensitive when it comes to medicines for congestion, so I love knowing I can take an all natural product that is effective but won’t leave me feeling loopy, and that allows me to maintain an active outdoor lifestyle.

Love Zarbees! I love having something to give my one year old twins – especially since they can’t take classic cold medications. WIth these, I can help relieve their cough or congestion.
