I just wanted to give all of you a heads up that there won’t be many posts from me this week because I’m sort of on vacation. That’s right. Sort of.
Well, everyone else is. I’m still working as much as possible, which isn’t easy since we don’t have an internet connection at the lake house we’re staying at. I tried using my cell as a mobile hot spot but it doesn’t work. Since the lake house is only 20 minutes or so from where we live, I can drive home every day and get some work done. I’m mostly promoting giveaways that have already gone live or that I’ve signed up for, as well as some sponsored posts, but that’s about it in terms of actually writing anything. But as all of us bloggers know, we’re never done working, even if we’re not sitting at our computers, typing away. We work even when we’re away from our computers because we’re always doing something, whether it be planning our next blog post, cooking for a blog post, coming up with a new DIY project, etc. Just like a mother’s work is never done, neither is a blogger’s. I am lonely, though, sitting here. It’s quiet and I wish I was with my family. But I know I can’t let my blog slide after I’ve worked so hard to get it where it is. So I will explain to them as I do every day that I’m doing this for a reason and that it will benefit all of them in the long run.
