Go! Go! Go!
For the past couple of months, that’s what our lives have been like every day….rushing from one thing to another without a moment to breathe, it seems. I’ve been spending, on average, between 20-30 hours per week on various kid activities: soccer, softball, volleyball, etc. That’s on top of working 7 days per week AND volunteering.
Yeah, I admit, it’s hard to keep things straight. That’s why I have a huge agenda book that I write everything in because if I don’t, I’m bound to forget something. I haven’t yet, but I don’t trust myself to keep everything straight in my head.
Since free time is limited for me, and I’m usually rushing from one place to another, it can be hard to find snacks that the kids enjoy eating and that are easy to get together. I don’t have the time right now to make much of anything. (Heck, most of our dinners are ones I cook in the crockpot because I don’t have to watch over the meals as they cook.)
I can keep the Jif to Go Dippers stored in a the van for when hunger strikes the kiddos. And it happens often. We have four kids with bottomless pits…or so it seems. And each usually likes something different.
Jif to Go Dippers are one of several snacks that I keep on hand for our rugrats to eat. Our girls love the chocolate silk ones while the boys love the peanut butter ones. I can buy both and keep all four happy.
I, myself, have tried them, as well, and I must say that the chocolate ones are my favorite. They truly do feel like chocolate silk in your mouth. You can’t eat just one.
And pricewise, these aren’t that bad. At my local Target they cost $1.34 each. If you manage to snag a coupon and hit a sale, I’m sure you can get them for even cheaper.
