As a single mom, I’m always trying to find cheap and affordable ways to workout and stay fit that don’t require hours of exercise per day. I love workouts that get the job done in a short amount of time and keep me entertained. Thanks to a couple friends of mine, I’ve taken to searching YouTube for great workout videos that are short and can be done every day. My best friend Amber from Thrifty Ninja sent me a link to a workout video by Tiffany Rothe a few weeks back and I couldn’t wait to try it out. Her workouts are short but fun and you will feel it in your muscles the next day, which I love. Here is her 10-minute booty shaking workout. Try it out and let me know what you think.
