A couple weeks back I posted the Booty Shaking Waist Workout and today I’m going to share another Tiffany Rothe workout routine. This one is ten minutes in length. I’ve tried it before and was left sweating afterwards. If a workout challenges me while allowing me to have fun, it’s one I’ll come back to.
