I’m so excited that December is finally here. This time of year fills me with the same excitement and wonder that children are filled with when this month rolls around. I seriously get giddy when I think about all the fun things that we can do as a family. I hope we leave each child with memories they will remember for years to come. And hopefully the traditions we start this year are ones they continue with their future children. Since December is finally here, I’m planning on sharing photos of our Elf on the Shelf, Patrick, with you every day until he says goodbye to our family for another year. 
Each year Patrick delights us with his playful and silly antics and I hope you get as much entertainment out of them as we do. Today’s photo features Patrick hanging from my boyfriend’s son’s basketball hoop. Below him, taped to the door, is a letter from Patrick to all four kids.
