In my last post about back-to-school shopping at Kmart, I talked about my son’s outfit and the great deals we got on clothing. I could have purchased a second outfit for him to model for this series, but I decided to use my honorary daughter, A, instead. I thought the two of them would work well together. I wasn’t disappointed.
I got an abundance of adorable photos of the two of them, and I couldn’t be more pleased with how they turned out. They perfectly depict not only how stylish the kids’ clothing is at Kmart, but the kids’ personalities, as well.
The only downside to all the photos I took was having to choose only a few to share with all of you.
Since Kmart’s’ clothes are so stylish, A had a very difficult time choosing an outfit. Every one of the collection outfits that she tried on, she loved. They all looked adorable on her too! If I had more money to spare, I would go back and buy them all for her.
I do have to say that I think I may have created a bit of a monster by taking A to Kmart because this particular location is just two minutes down the road from her dance school. That means she’s going to hound her poor mother all the time to go there. Sorry, K! My bad.
For A, we picked out the Piper Girl’s Blouson Top & Leggings in zebra print. (Regular price: $18.99)
When it came to shoes, A picked out a pair of Piper & Blue Girl’s Charlie Black Embellished Combat Boots. As I mentioned before, I used Kmart’s BOGO sale, where you purchase one pair of shoes at full price and get the second pair for $5.00. (Regular price: $24.99 but with current deal they cost $5.00.)
When it came to accessories, A picked out a pair of Joe Boxer sunglasses and a Joe Boxer Loop Scarf in a pinkish/purple polka dot print. I was worried it would clash with the zebra print, but in actuality, they looked awesome together. (Glasses regular price: $9.99 and the regular price for the scarf: $10.99 but was on sale for $8.99.)
The end result of our trip?
This cute stylish number that suited A’s personality perfectly.
