Ever since I was knee high to a grasshopper, I’ve had issues with my knees. As a child, it was put off as growing pains, but I stopped growing years ago, much to my consternation, and yet the pain continues. (My doctor feels it’s arthritis.)
My normal course of treatment over the years has involved a pain reliever and muscle rub or a cold facecloth or heating pad. Sometimes one thing will work better than others.
In addition to my knee pain, several years ago I suffered an arm and hand injury that left me unable to use my left hand for six months. I have long since gained reuse of my hand but I still suffer with complications caused by the injury. The pain is very similar to what I feel in my knees. Again, treatment options are generally the same.
Whenever I treat myself for any pain or ailment, I do prefer natural pain relief because I don’t like putting medicines in my body. There’s a part of me that is afraid that later on down the road, the medicines I ingest will have caused problems.
The Noxicare Natural Pain Relief Cream, which is a natural pain reliever, could not have come in the mail at a better time because the day I received it, the inner part to my left elbow was hurting a great deal, so I opened up the tube of cream and applied some right away. Within minutes I noticed the pain was diminishing and within the hour had disappeared entirely.
Later that same day, my left knee started acting up. I ignored it, which was not a good idea. I applied Noxicare but it didn’t work to alleviate the pain in my knee. I ended up having to take a pain reliever by mouth and it still took a couple hours for the pain to completely dissapate.
My recommendation is that when you notice any pain, put Noxicare on immediately. Otherwise, you may get to the point it doesn’t help at all.
What I liked about this product is it doesn’t have an overwhelming scent and it’s not greasy. My complaint with regular muscle rubs is that it leaves a greasy residue on your hands when you rub it in, which is why I typically use a facecloth to do it because if I don’t wash my hands thoroughly, if I rub my eyes, it hurts and is bad for my contacts. With Noxicare, I don’t have that problem at all. I can use it without fear of damaging eyes and I feel confident in using it on my children. (I also prefer natural pain relief for them, as well.)
