Though I’m a tomboy, and love to spend time outside, playing in the mud, I’m also like many other women, and love to wear makeup and play up my best features. There’s nothing wrong with wanting to feel attractive.
My BEST feature happens to be my light blue eyes. It’s the one thing on me that consistently gets compliments. And I still have enough self-confidence in myself that I believe they are pretty too. I may struggle with how I view myself in other ways, but when it comes to my eyes, I can still see why I get compliments about them.
That being said, while my eyes are pretty, my eyelashes could be better. They aren’t super short and thin, but they still aren’t as thick or as long as I would like. That is why I wear mascara. Not only does mascara make them look darker, it also gives the illusion that they are thicker and longer than they actually are. (My eyebrows, on the other hand, are nice and full…and not in a nice way. Thank you French blood!!)
Because of my eyelash issues, I was chosen to try out RapidLash, an eyelash and eyebrow enhancing serum that is clinically proven to enhance eyelashes and eyebrows in as little as four weeks. (Best results in eight weeks.)
I won’t deny that I was a little nervous to try out RapidLash because I have sensitive eyes. I was worried that I would have some kind of reaction to it.
And to be honest, when I received my package of RapidLash, as much as I wanted to begin using it that night, I couldn’t. I was going through eye allergy issues, and my eyes were itchy and irritated. I had to wait two weeks before I could start, so my results aren’t after eight weeks of use. (I’ve only been using RapidLash for six weeks and I’m going to keep on using it.)
Even though I haven’t used it for eight weeks, I’m still impressed by the improvement in my eyelashes, and my husband is too.
In fact, he looked at me last week while we were running errands and commented on how much longer and thicker my eyelashes are. (And yes, I still wear mascara to play up my eyes, but now it’s because I want those gorgeous eyelashes of mine to really pop.)
