Now that I am going to be living in New Hampshire, I can post videos like this one. This is “Granite State of Mind 2: Plow Guy Boogaloo”. And yes, that is Sarah Silverman and Mike O’Malley (from Glee) in the video. ...

One of the features on the site www.bloggymoms.com is The Blog Dare which is a list of writing prompts that they update daily. Today’s writing prompt brought to mind a funny incident from when I was in junior high school. When I wasn’t paying attention…..I smashed into some lockers. ...

I love logging onto Facebook every day and seeing what new memes the Maine Memes page has posted. Here is one from today. If you haven’t done so yet, and you enjoy Maine humor, please go like their page and “Like” it. You can also find the Maine Memes page on Twitter. ...

As I’ve mentioned on here before, my son is quite the handful. He is very smart and often says things that leave me and his sister laughing. This is a conversation we had Tuesday night after he built his dinosaur Lego set. Blake: “Want to play a game with me?” Me: “Which game?” Blake: “Pick things up and kill dinosaurs.” Me: “I guess.” Blake: “Mikala, want to play the game with me too?” Mikala: “Have you ever played the game before?” Blake: “Yep,...

I meant to post this video a couple weeks ago when I came across it on the Maine Memes page on Facebook. (If you’re a Maine resident, this is one page you want to “like”. The memes are hilarious. I’m sure I’m not the only one that can relate to over half of the pics posted.) Anyway, here the a new must watch video, “Mainah Style”, for you. This is a Maine version of Psy’s “Gangnam Style”. Enjoy! ...

The other day while visiting my parents, my dad had my kids and I step out onto the back porch with him so he could show us why this coming winter was going to be a bad one. One of the trees outside his house is home to a football-sized hornet’s nest that’s over 20 feet in the air. ...

I love all the different parodies of Carly Rae Jepsen’s “Call Me Maybe”. This particular video below is by far my favorite. When I saw it on Pinterest today I could not stop laughing. What can I say? It’s the country girl in me. I was raised around animals so of course I loved this video. And yes, I know what it’s look to bottle feed a calf. I bottle fed Jeremiah for my dad. I know this admission is going to result in hillbilly comments from my best friend, but I don’t care.   Anyway, here...

Yesterday was the first day of school for my oldest and technically the first for my youngest, but he only went for an hour and a half for orientation. Today is the first full day for both. I have to admit, the house is really quiet without my little whirlwind known as Blake running around. I’m so used to hearing his voice and him needing constant attention that I’m a bit lost without him here. I keep expecting to hear him holler my name because he needs something, but all I’m greeted with instead is the hum of...

I came across this video of Ashley Tisdale in a Funny or Die skit this morning that pokes fun at the hit TLC television series Toddlers & Tiaras. This is an older skit that portrays Ashley as an adult beauty pageant queen who still competes at a toddler level. If you don’t laugh watching this video, I’ll be surprised. Watching Ashley with a Ni Ni (pacifier) in her mouth was hilarious, as was watching Leah Remini, who played her mother, as she got Ashley out of the mini van and carried her inside the hotel. Priceless! Enjoy! ...

I came across this video on Facebook last night and could not stop laughing while watching it. It is a VERY bad but hilarious lip reading of Twilight. If you’re a fan of the movies, you need to watch this. No, really, you do! Take my word for it. You’ll never be able to look at the movie the same again. ...
